Our aim is to create an interactive map, locating scientific research, restaurants, recipes, farms and shops and even people who are furthering the cause.  Have a browse and you may find people, restaurants or farms local to you that you never knew about before.  Or if there’s a place we’ve missed out, we would love it if you could add it to the map using the ‘add item to map’ link below.  We know how difficult it can be, so this map is to help you and us, share what we know.
